Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after processing begins.
Royale Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
Shipping Policy
Royale Boutique ships orders through trusted carriers including the
United States Postal Service and other major shipping providers.
Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been issued, Royale Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Royale Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
For higher-value orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of luxury hair extensions, all sales are final.
Royale Boutique does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once hair extensions have been opened, installed, altered, or used.
Hair extensions are considered a hygiene product, and once removed from their packaging they cannot be resold.
Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review product descriptions and select their desired length and texture before completing their purchase.
Raw Hair Expectations
Royale Boutique specializes in premium raw hair extensions. Raw hair is collected from individual donors and is not chemically processed.
Because raw hair is a natural product, bundles may naturally vary in:
• texture
• color tone
• curl or wave pattern
• density
• strand thickness
These variations are normal and expected with authentic raw hair and are not considered defects.
Each bundle is unique and may require light styling, blending, or maintenance to achieve the desired finished look.
Bundle Weight Disclosure
All Royale Boutique hair extensions are sold by weight, not by thickness or perceived fullness.
Each bundle weighs approximately 3.0–3.5 ounces (85–100 grams), which is the industry standard for professional hair extensions.
Because hair extensions increase in length, longer bundles naturally contain fewer strands of hair, which can cause the ends to appear lighter or less dense compared to shorter lengths. This is normal and expected.
Typical bundle recommendations:
• 12–16 inches: 2–3 bundles recommended
• 18–22 inches: 3 bundles recommended
• 24 inches and longer: 3–4 bundles recommended for fullness
Perception of bundle fullness, density, or thickness may vary depending on installation method, styling preference, and desired hairstyle.
Perceived dissatisfaction with bundle fullness, density, or natural texture variation is not considered a product defect.
Quality Assurance
All bundles are carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure they meet Royale Boutique quality standards.
Royale Boutique reserves the right to document and photograph bundles prior to shipment for quality verification.
Because raw hair is a natural product, slight variations between bundles are expected and do not qualify as defects.
Hair Care & Maintenance
Premium raw hair extensions require proper care and maintenance to preserve their quality and longevity.
Customers are responsible for properly maintaining their hair extensions once received.
Recommended care practices include:
• washing with sulfate-free shampoo
• deep conditioning regularly
• using heat protectant when styling with heat tools
• avoiding excessive product buildup
• sleeping with a satin or silk bonnet or scarf
Failure to properly maintain the hair may result in:
• tangling
• dryness
• shedding
• texture changes
These results are not considered manufacturing defects.
Royale Boutique is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, excessive heat styling, chemical processing, bleaching, coloring, or misuse of the product.
Professional Installation Disclaimer
Royale Boutique hair extensions are professional-grade products intended to be installed by a qualified stylist.
The performance and longevity of hair extensions depend heavily on the installation method and stylist technique.
Royale Boutique is not responsible for issues caused by improper installation including:
• excessive cutting of wefts
• improper sewing techniques
• glue or adhesive damage
• tension from tight braiding
• improper styling products
Customers assume responsibility for selecting a qualified stylist to install their hair extensions.
Royale Boutique cannot guarantee the outcome of any hairstyle performed by a third-party stylist.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect item or a product that was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your message must include:
• order number
• clear photos of the product
• photos of the packaging
Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Fraud Prevention
Royale Boutique reserves the right to:
• cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity
• request additional identity verification
• limit quantities purchased per order
• refuse service to customers who violate store policies
Orders flagged as high risk may be canceled and refunded at the discretion of Royale Boutique.
Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
By completing a purchase on the Royale Boutique website, customers acknowledge and agree to all store policies.
Customers must review and accept these policies during checkout before completing their order.
Customers agree to contact Royale Boutique directly to allow the business a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.
Customers agree to provide Royale Boutique with at least 7 days to review and respond to any concern.
Filing a chargeback after receiving merchandise while retaining possession of the product may be considered fraudulent activity.
If a payment is reversed through a chargeback and the merchandise has been delivered, Royale Boutique reserves the right to request the return of unpaid merchandise or pursue recovery of the value of the goods through appropriate legal channels.
